The Minister of Higher Education Receives the Governor of Erbil

On Sunday, 8 Nov, 2009, the Minister welcomed in his office the Governor of Erbil, Mr Nawzad Hadi, and his deputy Mr Tahir Abdullah. During this meeting, the visitors and the host emphasized the need to reform our system of Higher Education in Kurdistan and the importance of close cooperation between the city’s leaders. Mr Hadi and Mr Abdulla offered their unreserved support to the changes that the Minister plans to implement in the system.
