The Ministry of higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce the final results of the Human Capacity Development Program of its third round. The ministry of higher education and scientific research is pleased to announce the availability of 30 scholarships for the Kurdistan region offered by universities in Turkey and Cyprus.

 The higher education delegation from KRG, along with Afghan, Nepali, Cambodian and Indian delegates attended the Malaysian Qualification Agency MQA internship program,  which took place from 12 to 22 December 2011 in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. His Excellency Professor Dr. Dlawer A. Ala’Aladeen officially opened the first University Fair in Iraq held in Erbil on October 13 to 15, 2011. About 1,500 Iraqi students attended the fair and met with representatives from 22 U.S. universities and higher education organizations.
