Rules and Regulations
An Introduction to Law and Regulation in Higher Education: Text and Materials
This Law is enacted in accordance with the Constitution and the Education Law to develop the cause of higher education, implement the strategy of reinvigorating the country through science and education and promoting the building of the Kurdistan Region.
An interdisciplinary and contextual discussion of the role of the law looks at all aspects of regulation from theories on why regulation occurs to the problem of enforcement. Despite the broad nature of the topic, its many aspects are drawn together in a coherent and
accessible way to comprise a unique text that deserves to be widely
read.
The interdisciplinary approach to the study of Law and Regulations will appeal to a range of students: undergraduate and postgraduate law students, as well as those studying broad social science topics.
The "Scholarly yet Accessible" presentation is well written, clearly structured and contains good supplementary materials and comprehensive reading lists at the end of each chapter.
